Management

Thane has held the position of President of the North Launceston Football Club since 2010. Thane is responsible for Corporate Partnerships, Governance and overall leadership of the Club.

Peter has been a member of the Committee of Management for the past six years. His portfolios of Senior Vice-President and member for Finance are of high regard within the Club, as is Peter himself.

In addition to the portfolio of Deputy Vice-President, Allan is also Head of the NLFC Disciplinary Committee, and responsible for Beverage Services & AFL Games hosting.

The role entails organizing special functions and coordinate game day promotions with the media. In addition, Ian is the club’s representative with AFL TAS with regard to Marketing & Promotions. Ian is also the Club's marketing representative at all AFL Tasmania functions and events.

Brett is the man responsible for the organising of the Club's internal functions. Working closely with Ian McCallum, our Marketing & Promotions member, Brett is kept very busy with the many functions which the Club has scheduled throughout the season.

Rhonda is responsible for all communications to members. This includes Club Newsletters, update on events, news items and functions. Rhonda is also responsible for the administration of the NLFC Website.

Tony is in charge of the Football Department in association with the Football Manager.

As Match Day Co-ordinator, John is kept extremely busy on all match days. He is responsible for ensuring that interchange stewards and timekeepers are appointed for both the Colts and the Seniors, unlock the stadium (including all change rooms and amenities), and then closing at the conclusion of the senior match. John is also Team Manager for the Colts, and assists with the NLFC Bar during functions.

Tasma has a very important, and very often busy role of catering within the Club. Catering is not only confined to functions hosted by the NLFC, but for the many private and corporate functions which are held on a weekly basis. In addition, Tasma runs the Clubs weekly Bingo at the Country Club.

Yvonne is well known within the Club and is see at all functions and match days assisting with catering, raffles and the kiosk.

Tony (Chang) Young has a long history with the North Launceston Football Club. Known to all members and players, Chang is a former premiership player and coach, a Life Member of the Club and a Northonian.

Gary is a first year Committee of Management member, and has taken on the portfolio as the member responsible for assisting with Corporate Partners. This is a very important role within the Club. Our sponsors and corporate partners are highly regarded, and we are diligent in ensuring that they gain the recognition deserving of the support they give to the Club.
